ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using any website or service operated by Untamed Orange Apps LP, including bizLuv, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Untamed Orange Apps LP is a Missouri Limited Partnership that operates consumer applications including bizLuv, a word-of-mouth referral rewards platform for local businesses.

USER ACCOUNTS

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account credentials, and accept responsibility for activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.

USER CONDUCT

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit harmful or fraudulent content, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, harass other users, or use automated systems without permission.

SMS MESSAGING TERMS

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from bizLuv or any other Untamed Orange Apps service: You agree to receive text messages from Untamed Orange Apps LP related to the bizLuv service at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies based on your activity in the service. Standard message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's rate plan. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for support. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Untamed Orange Apps LP retains opt-in consent records for at least four years as required by federal law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our services, including their content, features, and functionality, are owned by Untamed Orange Apps LP and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Our services are provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Untamed Orange Apps LP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, or upon your request.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, binding arbitration if negotiation fails, or in courts of competent jurisdiction in Missouri.
